Anne McLellan to be Honoured as Nation Builder

mclellan2-579Famous 5 will honour the Honourable Anne McLellan as a Nation Builder at en event in Ottawa on May 18. Ms. McLellan served as deputy prime minister, as well as other roles in the federal cabinet, during her time as a Member of Parliament.

Most recently, she was chair of the Task Force on Cannabis Legalization and Regulation, which unveiled its framework to end the prohibition of cannabis in December 2016.
